Deena was born and raised in the Hill Capital of Sri Lanka. As a country girl she was an active outgoing girl who participated in sports and kept a good track record at school.

Her modeling courier started when she placed 1st runner up in Miss Sri Lanka for Miss International 2006. Her natural beauty and talents attracted most of the leading modeling agencies in Sri Lanka.

Deena has already appeared on the cover of Go Magazine. Besides she has featured in some of top Fashion Magazines such as Jay and Femina Sri Lanka. Moreover she has appeared on couple of TV Commercials and had done dozens of fashion shows. Some of the Fashion shows she walked the catwalk were Colombo Paris Fashion Week 2007, LIFT Fashion Show, and SLAHB Fashion show.

She also modeled as a Thai Bride for a leading Thai designer in the Sun Silk Phaba Fashion show. Deena has also done amazing Bridal shows organized by top bridal designers in Sri Lanka. It’s worth noting that she is also featuring in Music Videos.
